Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Qynto website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who we are
The Site and the Qynto service are operated by Qynto ("we", "us").
3. What this Site is for
The Site presents information about Qynto's compute offerings and lets you request access. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Access to compute, pricing, availability, and all commercial terms are agreed separately in a written agreement between you and us. In case of any conflict, that written agreement prevails over the Site.
4. Requests and availability
Submitting a request-access form does not create any obligation on our part to provide services or capacity. Availability, configurations, and pricing are confirmed on a per-request basis and may change.
5. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, and the Qynto brand are owned by Qynto or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may reference third-party services (such as our form provider). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
8. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qynto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
